Seed | The Grounding Ritual

Preparing the body with our botanical scrub using the healing properties of the Sensorial Garden—through ingredients such as basil, rosemary, and geranium—we begin by planting seeds of wisdom in wellness.

The Grounding Ritual is the water to our intention, offering nourishment and health to our body, mind, and soul. It grounds the mind in awareness of the body and of one's whole self on a deeper, more meaningful level. Through a full body massage and our peat mask for the feet, the body drifts from head to toe into complete elation, comforted with the intuition of growth, new beginnings, and the physical earth, to take us deeper into the stages of deep nourishment.

This ritual is a wonderful antidote for those who suffer anxiety, or simply need to come out of a racing mind and into the body to find grounding.

GROWTH | The Sleep Ritual

With sleep comes restoration and healing—as we allow our body to rest, we repair on a cellular level with deeper intention and peaceful growth. Crecer Sleep Ritual welcomes the deepest rest and slumber by immersing the body in nourishing balm and botanicals to soothe and calm the skin. Then, with flowing movements, this rhythmic massage ritual sets the intention to release and restore mind, body, and soul.

Acupressure points gently give permission for the nervous system to calm, while the flowing movements assist lymphatic system circulation and detoxification. Subconsciously create a deeper awareness of peace and allow yourself to fully let go into a safe space of sweet slumber.

BLOOM | The Comforting Ritual (Pregnancy)

As the body moves through changes within child bearing, the body steps into full bloom. Deep comfort and release to relieve pain, improve sleep, and promote a profound sense of calm - suitable for second and third trimester pregnancy. It pairs intuitively with methodical movements, and grounding massage designed to soothe and release tired muscles specifically in the shoulders, back, hips and lower legs as the body grows through pregnancy. Creating a safe space for the blossoming.

Wisdom | The Balancing Ritual

An immersive experience of balancing both the body and mind -regulating body temperature, reducing excess heat, and water retention, and grounding the mind through presence within the body.

A balancing scrub is applied to the body with rhythmic movements, followed by a wave-like massage with cool marble stones that deepens relaxation by soothing and easing the vessel. Acupressure points are focused on to bring calm, ease, anxiety, and release.

*An enhanced experience with a full body kaolin clay wrap after body scrub, to gently nourish and exfoliate dead skin, while increasing Circulation.

Star | The Cleansing Ritual

At the center of our being lie the fires of our potential. Within the star, holds deep cleansing, regulating, release, and connection to oneself.

An energizing body scrub initiates the cleansing by invigorating and inspiring the senses, followed by a green clay body wrap to increase detoxification and stimulate circulation. Indulge in a full body massage using long wave-like movements that are methodical. Acupressure points are highlighted to assist the body in releasing energies that no longer serve, completed by a slow circulatory Abdominal Massage to guide and ease digestion, nourish organs, and support the health of our solar plexus.
