Rates are in US Dollars, per Suite, per night, in single or double occupancy, subject to applicable taxes and fees currently: 16% IVA and 5% OCC tax, 15% service charge, Local Eco Fee of MXP32.57 (per suite, per night). Taxes and fees are subject to change according to local, state or federal regulations.
There is an additional charge of USD100.00 per night for a third person (12) years of age or older subject to taxes and service charges.

GENERAL RESORT POLICIES
Arrival/Departure
Check-in time is 3:00 pm
Check-out time is 12:00 pm
Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability. Changing facilities are available at Sense Spa for early arrivals and late departures. Specific suite assignments including specific locations may be requested but are not guaranteed.
Changes
Changes to a confirmed reservation prior to arrival may be subject to different rates, minimum length of stay requirements, or other restrictions.
Children
Cribs, sofa beds, and/or rollaway beds are available, in select room categories, and must be requested prior to arrival. Consult with the resort’s reservations department or concierge regarding activities scheduled at Rosewood Explorers kids club.
Credit Card Guarantee
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).
Currency Policy
Mexican law prohibits cash transactions in a currency other than Mexican pesos as a form of payment for goods and services. All credit card transactions will be made in Mexican pesos and Rosewood Mayakoba is not responsible for exchange rate variations.
Filming and Drones
The enjoyment, safety, and privacy of guests, residents, and associates are of primary concern to Rosewood Mayakoba. Filming for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited in private or public areas of the resort. The use of unmanned aerial systems or drones is strictly prohibited on or above resort property.
Meal Plan Options
A full American Plan (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is available at USD190 (subject to 21% tax; beverages and gratuities not included). The Meal Plan is not available during the Festive Season. Please inquire with the resort’s reservations department for updated meal plan options.
Minimum Stay Requirements
A minimum length of stay may apply on certain dates. Please confirm with the resort’s reservations department any stay requirements over your preferred dates.
Pet Policy
Rosewood Mayakoba welcomes pets (dogs) weighing up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg), a maximum of one pet per Suite or Villa. There will be a charge of USD100 (plus 16% VAT) during the first three days of stay. For longer stays, beyond the first three days, the daily charge will change to USD25 per day (plus 16% VAT).
Pets are allowed in restaurants, bars, swimming pools, or the surrounding areas with leash. Not allowed in beaches. If your pet is in a public area, use a leash or place it in its carrier. It is the responsibility of the guest to clean the residues left by the pet in the Suite, Villa, or public areas of the resort. The pet should never be left alone in the Suite or Villa.
