Rising above the resort’s main pool, Casa del Lago celebrates the breakfast traditions of Central Mexico with offerings including classic chilaquiles and variations of huevos rancheros. In addition to its a la carte menu, Casa del Lago offers an extensive continental breakfast complete with local fruit, chilled meat and cheeses, smoked salmon, pastries, cereal, yogurt, and more.

In the evening, Casa del Lago transforms into an elegant dining experience featuring crisp linens, soft candlelight, and a menu of authentic Italian fare. The restaurant offers a selection of antipasti, handmade pasta, steaks, and fine wines. For evening dinner at Casa del Lago, we recommend a dress code of resort chic.
