Riviera Maya, Mexico (June, 2024) – From Friday, July 12 to Saturday, July 13, ultra-luxury resort Rosewood Mayakoba is returning to the Hamptons for a two-day residency at Topping Rose House, where it will bring the spirit and flavors of its Mexican Caribbean locale to the idyllic gardens of the Bridgehampton mainstay. Its third year in the Hamptons and second appearance at Topping Rose House, Rosewood Mayakoba returns to the Hamptons to host a colorful pop-up featuring a multi-course dining menu, cocktails from the award-winning Zapote Bar – recently ranked No. 11 at the North America 50 Best Bar Awards for the third consecutive year – and a tropics-inspired design takeover transporting guests to Rosewood Mayakoba’s lush paradise on the Riviera Maya.
Honored this year as the Best Hotel in Mexico by US News & World Report and one of Travel & Leisure’s Top 500 Hotels in the World, Rosewood Mayakoba is renowned as a leader in luxury and routinely ranked among the top ultra-luxury properties in Mexico and the Caribbean.
For two spectacular days in July, look for Rosewood Mayakoba's acclaimed food & drink alongside live DJ inspired by latin vibes and instrumentals at Zapote Bar, a recreation of the resort’s beloved Aqui me Quedo food truck, Yucatan-inspired craft cocktails and other day-to-night interactive elements encouraging guests to gather and linger. Guests can expect a mix of signature dishes from Rosewood Mayakoba’s famed beach clubs & restaurants – La Cantina at Aqui me Quedo, Punta Bonita, and Zapote Bar – by Executive Chef Edgar Chavez including:
TJ Shrimp Tacos: Shrimp, ajillo sauce, Oaxaca cheese, mozzarella, habañero chili mayo, flour tortilla
Sweet & Spicy Ceviche: Catch of the day, roasted onion, jicama, orange, cilantro and chile mix salsa
Fried Fish with Corn Ribs: Cabbage and fennel salad, chimichurri sauce, radish and fresh lime

As seen in Food & Wine’s Global Tastemakers issue, Eater Travel, and more, Zapote Bar will offer a taste of classic cocktails alongside drinks from its newly launched ‘Call of the Wild’ cocktail list, which pays homage to the lush flora & fauna, Mayan folklore, and abundant wildlife of the Yucatán Peninsula. Bar director Joshua Monaghan plans to showcase one cocktail from each of the menu’s five sections. The following will be served, among other cocktails:
