CASA DEL LAGO - Tropical breakfast in the traditional style of Central Mexico
Rising above the resort’s main pool, Casa del Lago celebrates the breakfast traditions of Central Mexico capturing the magic of the Mexican family breakfast table with freshly made regional dishes including classic Chilaquiles, traditional Sopes, and a separate menu dedicated to at least four variations of Huevos Rancheros. Casa del Lago features a tranquil lagoon setting and also offers an extensive continental breakfast complete with premium cheeses, cold cuts, smoked salmon, local fruits, pastries, cereals and yogurts.
PUNTA BONITA - Lunch by the sea with a menu drawn from Mexico’s Southern Pacific coast
Graced with spectacular panoramic views of the Mexican Caribbean, Punta Bonita is known for its warm Mexican hospitality that specializes in lunch, the occasion for most ceremonial meals in Mexico and a vital part of the shared culture. Situated next to the resort’s family pool deck, this barefoot casual restaurant serves lunch with a choice of indoor or terrace seating as well as dishes to share.
The gastronomic heritage and culture of Mexico’s most diverse states—Michoacán, Guerrero, Oaxaca and Chiapas—are explored within Punta Bonita’s menu offering a contrast of the humble and luxurious. The menu features expertly prepared and freshly caught seafood brightened with light vegetables, ceviche made to order, and freshly baked tlayudas cooked in mesquite charcoal bringing the palate of Mexico’s Southern Pacific coast to life. Guests can learn how to make fresh homemade tortillas at the comal and each week, there is a ‘Seafood Market’ multi-course lunch where guests can select from an assortment of the day’s fresh catch.
AGAVE AZUL - Northern Baja California seafood restaurant with Asian influences
Inspired by the longstanding Asian culinary influences found throughout Baja California, Agave Azul restaurant features Chinese and Japanese cooking techniques and flavors alongside the bounty from the waters of the region that boast some of the best seafood in the world. The menu also highlights creative interpretations of classic dishes from Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe and offers specialty cocktails, beer, and wines including Mexican produced sake.
Agave Azul offers sweeping views of the Mayakoba lagoon and lush scenery, making it a delightful choice for pre-dinner cocktails, appetizers or a full feast as evening arrives.
ZAPOTE BAR - Yucatan-Inspired Cocktail Destination and Day-to-Night Restaurant
Zapote Bar is the resort's love letter to the Yucatán Peninsula, paying homage to its heritage, culture, and people. Created and operated by Rosewood Mayakoba under the leadership of Director of Mixology, Joshua Monaghan, Zapote Bar is an internationally recognized destination for Yucatan-inspired craft cocktails and a celebration of hacienda culture and Mexican hospitality.
Showcasing hand-crafted spirits, Zapote celebrates artisanal producers and sources from local small-scale farms to create cocktails that are at once familiar and nuanced for both casual and discerning drinkers. Food reflects the diverse culinary heritage of the Yucatán Peninsula including Middle Eastern flavors with a special focus on live-fire cooking, reflective of the region’s history of Lebanese migration. Zapote's indoor-outdoor atmosphere seamlessly transitions from day-to-night, enveloping visitors in a diverse tapestry of spaces where sleek design convenes with nature.

AQUI ME QUEDO - Beachside haven offering street food and fare from Mexico’s Caribbean coast
At the adults-only beachfront oasis, Aquí Me Quedo, guests can pair hours of toes-in-the-sand serenity with fresh Caribbean coastal fare and the best Mexican street foods. Conceived as a secluded and vibrant spot to soak in the Riviera Maya’s simple pleasures, the retreat mirrors the residential style of a grand seaside home and the relaxed, natural beauty of nearby Tulum. With its open-air living and dining rooms, sunken infinity pools, interactive display kitchen and 2,200-square-foot event space, the enclave is a comfortable place to gather, dine, relax and play.
Channeling the laidback spirit of Mexico’s Caribbean coast, Aquí Me Quedo offers open-air tables and lounge seating beneath a canopy of palm trees. Between strolls in the surf and dips in the pools, sunseekers can savor tangy ceviche, catch of the day, fresh coconut, local beer, rosé, mojitos and fine Mexican spirits such as mezcal and tequila—all served from La Cantina, a retrofitted vintage food truck on the beach.
LA FONDITA - Mexico City-inspired tostadas and mezcal
Drawing inspiration from Mexico City’s casual neighborhood eateries, La Fondita is set in the charming atmosphere of a posh cantina. Colorful, freshly prepared street foods dominate a perfectly edited menu of crowd pleasers, including tostadas and tacos that are layered with bright and bold flavors prepared with expert taquería technique.

Combining champion ingredients with Mayan ideas and local references, La Ceiba Garden & Kitchen is the resort’s one-of-a-kind outdoor culinary adventure and represents the resort’s fullest expression of seasonal Mexican cuisine. In an interactive setting, guests partake in lively sit-down meals, cooking demonstrations and tastings to savor and learn, enjoying the camaraderie of a collective culinary experience. They can even forage for their own produce from over 45 types of indigenous fruits, vegetables and herbs cultivated in the adjacent organic garden. La Ceiba’s extensive garden features over 20 different sections for planting and groves of tropical trees native to the Yucatán Peninsula.
Enveloped in stunning natural beauty, the 20,000-square-foot fine dining restaurant features communal tables set beneath a mighty Ceiba tree—an ancient Mayan symbol for prosperity, strength, unity and earthly connections to the spirits above. The al fresco kitchen, which serves only food cooked over an open flame in accordance with Mayan tradition, specializes in both classic and modern Mexican dishes, elevated with seasonal ingredients from the garden.
