This March, Rosewood Hong Kong invites guests to take place at Front Row for a spectacular showcase of gastronomy, self-renewal, culture, art and design. From 12 to 30 March 2025, this extraordinary programme unveils a dynamic series of events, offering diverse art experiences and immersive fashion collaborations. Upholding its commitment to excellence, Rosewood Hong Kong will also feature innovative culinary partnerships with renowned chefs, alongside bespoke wellness rituals at Asaya with Parisian beauty maison, Guerlain. Rosewood Hong Kong invites guests to be a part of this anniversary celebration that embodies luxury, artistic expression, and cultural vibrancy.

Art is at the heart of Rosewood Hong Kong, the hotel has been dedicated to curating and bringing immersive art experiences to its guests. This March, the hotel transforms into a living gallery, offering an immersive exploration of contemporary creativity. A curated art journey invites guests to discover the city's dynamic art scene with a specially designed accommodation package. The exclusive stay package includes a bottle of champagne, followed by a Spirited Art Tour of Rosewood Hong Kong’s distinguished collection hosted by the resident Art Ambassador. From Thomas Houseago’s monumental Sleeping Lady in the entrance courtyard to Lynn Chadwick’s striking Pair of Walking Figures – Jubilee in the grand lobby, each piece reflects a narrative of movement, strength, and emotion, there is so much to discover during this guided art tour. The package also offers two complimentary tickets to Art Basel Hong Kong with an exclusive private yacht transfer across the Victoria Harbour, offering a luxurious arrival with Perrier-Jouët champagne in hand.

Rosewood Hong Kong will be offering an exclusive Private Yacht Transfer Service for guests attending Art Basel Hong Kong, offering a seamless journey across Victoria Harbour from the hotel’s pier. Available from 26 to 30 March, this service includes a glass of Perrier-Jouët champagne and is open to hotel guests and Art Basel VIPs, ensuring a smooth arrival to one of the world’s leading art events.
Exclusive Collaborations, Extraordinary Flavours
As part of the anniversary celebration, Rosewood Hong Kong presents an extraordinary line-up of culinary collaborations, showcasing bold innovations and timeless flavours. From 12-13 March, The Butterfly Room and Butterfly Patisserie will collaborate with acclaimed Pastry Chef Saiko Izawa, Executive Pastry Chef of Rosewood São Paulo, to curate an exquisite afternoon tea experience and an exclusive Sakura Blossom Cake. From 18-19 March, CHAAT and Hansik Goo will collaborate and create an innovative interpretation of Indian and Korean flavours, where spice-laden curries meet the refined artistry of Korean cuisine. On 20 March, The Legacy House collaborates with two-Michelin-starred Thevar from Singapore, creating a one-night-only culinary journey where Cantonese precision meets the bold complexity of Indian spices.
Meanwhile, DarkSide welcomes New Orleans’ Jewel of the South from 21-22 March, offering a curated selection of Southern-inspired cocktails and dishes that capture the essence of New Orleans’ vibrant dining and bar scene Marmo Bistro is excited to host Chef Nokx from Rosewood London’s Holborn Dining Room from March 19 to 21. Guests can savour an exquisite selection of hearty à la carte dishes from Chef Nokx’s most iconic creations, all within the charming ambiance of a relaxed French bistro.
In addition, renowned food critics Susan Jung and Evelyn Chen are bringing the Fried Chicken Gala 2025 – Hong Kong to Rosewood Hong Kong’s Botanical Kitchen on March 14 & 15. This exclusive dinner event features top Hong Kong chefs, including Li Chi Wai from The Legacy House, Gaurav Kuthari from CHAAT, David Lai from Neighbourhood, and Lorenzo Antinori from Bar Leone celebrating culinary excellence. Guests will enjoy four creative fried chicken dishes with flavourful sides and, paired with Kaviari’s caviar, signature cocktails, free flow Bollinger Champagne, and VOSS Water.
The celebrations culminate with legendary Chef Pierre Gagnaire taking over The Butterfly Room with a limited three-week menu of avant-garde canapés paired with Perrier-Jouët champagne, offering an elegant finale to this month-long gastronomic spectacle. To mark the occasion, Chef Gagnaire will personally host the opening event at The Butterfly Room on 25 March, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience his innovative and daring creations first hand.
