Afternoon Tea: 12 pm - 7 pm
Last order: 6 pm

Festive Dinner: 7:45 pm - 10:30 pm
Last order: 10 pm


Afternoon Tea (Reservations are open for two months ahead of the current month. New reservations will open on first day of each month at 10 am and online only. Maximum of five guests per table).

Kindly note that Afternoon Tea dining time is two hours. The Afternoon tea set must be taken by all guests at the table.

Smart Casual: Please refrain from wearing exercise or beach attire. Covered shoes and sleeved shirts are required for gentlemen, in addition to long trousers in the evening.

Chef Jonathan Soukdeo

With over 15 years of culinary experience, Executive Pastry Chef Soukdeo has proven himself by forging an impressive career working alongside some of the industry's top talents, including Chef Sébastian Serveau, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chef Jérôme Chaucesse, and Pastry World Champion Chef Julien Alvarez. He has honed his craft and baked his way to the upper echelons of the culinary world, including winning the title at the Cabosse d’Or Junior Competition.
