Cocktails for Conservation

Inspired by the Bermuda Cedar, a type of Juniper evergreen, one of the key botanicals used in crafting Gin, Rosewood Bermuda restaurants and bars including the Conservatory Lounge will offer a seasonal cocktail to support the Juniper Initiative.

This year, the inaugural cocktail will be the "Juniper & Tonic" or the "J&T." Light juniper in color, and created with a tart Lime & Ginger Gin, smoothed with Melon Liqueur, it is a balanced homage to our beautiful verdant setting and the Bermuda Cedar itself. Alternatively, the "Green Garden Cooler" mocktail offers an alcohol-free refresher derived from cucumber and kiwi.
