Introducing a brand new lunch and dinner menu at Sul Verde, brought to you by new head chef, Maximo Villagra! Come and try his signature dishes from the dinner menu including, 'Carpaccio Di Tonno', Crespella Alla Fiorentina', and 'Branzino all' Isolana'.

Sul Verde brings the spirit of Southern Italy to the fairways, celebrating the simple, authentic flavors of Campania in a convivial setting. Delectable cheeses, pasta, bread, and sausages are prepared in-house using the finest ingredients. Next door, the Bar at Sul Verde offers a selection of fine Italian wines, as well as refreshing classics from an Aperol spritz to the signature Negronina, a riff on the classic negroni. For island residents, Sul Verde offers a take-out menu ideal for a picnic on the beach, or a taste of Italy at home. Award-winning pizzas and delicious pasta can be ordered via the local Sargasso Sea Delivery App.
