Sunset-to-Stargazing Dinner

An exclusive dining experience where the beach and evening sky serve as your dining room. Guests are led down to the "stargazing deck" to indulge in a private beachfront meal like no other. This experience features a menu curated by the chef using fresh, in-season ingredients to bring forth incredible dishes beautifully paired with complementing wines. After the meal, guests can take advantage of the low-light pollution of the Beach Club, to view the moon, stars, and planets by telescope while enjoying a digestif or a coffee or tea to close the evening.

Chef's Garden Gourmet Safari

A progressive rum tasting and elegant degustation dinner are conducted in our very own Chef’s Garden. The safari encompasses a nuanced journey of flavor through a guided tasting of rums infused with local botanicals and spices harvested from the resort grounds. Following the tasting, guests indulge in a five-course degustation dinner in the Chef's Garden overlooking the golf course and Harrington Sound. The menu features local seafood and produce in dishes artfully paired with the Sommelier's selections of wine.

Expertly prepared by your dedicated chef, the customizable menu offers a selection of appetizers, a choice of grilled meat, seafood, vegetables, and sides, and of course dessert! Your exclusive beachside table setting will be prepared in advance, with no preparation or cleanup necessary, leaving you and your party to simply enjoy the sizzle of the grill, and the whisper of the surf just a few steps away.

A unique & educational culinary experience that places guests in the middle of a bustling luxury resort kitchen. Surrounded by an international brigade of talented chefs, guests see and experience firsthand, the energy and rhythm of a highly-acclaimed resort kitchen. The chef guides guests through a specially personalized degustation menu with the chef presenting each course table-side. The menu is paired with wines selected by our sommelier, and each pairing's significance is explained as the courses are served.
