Through the partnership, the first of its kind on the island, Rosewood Bermuda features a comprehensive tennis programme that includes a series of lessons, innovative retreats and engaging clinics that elevate the hotel’s tennis programme to an internationally recognized level and provide a challenging and fun experience for members and guests of the resort alike.
For tennis vacations, Rosewood delivers a combination of balmy weather and world-class facilities, making tennis particularly enjoyable in Bermuda, while providing plenty of opportunity for socializing. The Tennis Centre comprises a pro shop, four Har-Tru clay tennis courts and locker rooms.
Adult Tennis Camps
We offer custom adult camps with accommodations that can be personalized to suit your needs, even before you arrive. Our year-round programs cater to all levels of players, whether you’re coming individually or with a team.
All players are asked to check-in and register at the pro shop at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled court time. Proper tennis attire is required; cut-off shorts, t-shirts, and tank tops are not permitted. Proper clay court shoes must be worn during play. Proper tennis etiquette should be observed and USTA tennis rules shall apply at all times.
Ashley Brooks is a certified tennis professional and national tennis player who has represented Bermuda at both the Fed Cup and Small Island Games. One of the island's top-ranked players, Brooks has a wealth of knowledge derived from competition. With her unique perspective and a true passion for the sport, guests of Rosewood Bermuda and members of Tucker's Point Club will certainly gain knowledge and training from one of the best in Bermuda. Together with Head Professional Terry Smith, Brooks facilitates tennis lessons, day camps, and clinics that foster guests’ passion for the sport.
Terry Smith is a certified tennis professional with extensive coaching and tennis management experience, having served in leadership positions at Grotto Bay and what was once the Marriott Castle Harbour Resort, now Rosewood Bermuda. Smith works alongside Director of Tennis Ashley Brooks to deliver a comprehensive training program for guests of Rosewood Bermuda, and members of Tucker's Point Club.
