We remain fully dedicated to operating at the highest standards through "Commitment to Care," Rosewood Hotel Group’s new global health and safety program, and have intensified hygiene and safety measures across all major touchpoints in our operations following guidelines issued by the Bermuda Ministry of Health, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Travel Requirements
As of November 14, 2022, The Bermuda Tourism Authority has removed all Testing and Travel Authorization requirements.
Travelers no longer need to apply for travel authorization, however visitors arriving via air travel must complete a free digital arrival form.
The easy online process can be completed in three quick steps:
- Go to BermudaArrivalCard.com.
- Complete the form accurately and completely with visitor details.
- Download the form and present it to immigration officials for inspection.
What to Expect During Your Stay:
- Housekeepers will not enter an accommodation if a guest is in. Housekeeping staff will not handle guest items.
- The use of face masks and adherence to social distancing standards are highly encouraged within indoor facilities and in outdoor public spaces where social distancing cannot be maintained such as resort shuttles.
Dining
- All dining outlets are open and are observing social distance guidelines, as such space is limited, and reservations are required.
Wellness Facilities:
- The Fitness Centre observes physical distancing between indoor equipment and exercise areas, as such maximum occupancy may be reduced to maintain distancing.
- Reservations for spa and wellness experiences are strongly encouraged by emailing bermuda.spa@rosewoodhotels.com.
- It is highly recommended that guests arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to appointment time.
Golf, Tennis, Pool, and Beach Facilities:
- Tucker’s Point Golf Club is open including locker facilities, gym, and pro-shop.
- Tennis Centre facilities, as well as lessons, are available.
- The Beach Club is available for hotel guests and club members with specific access.
