Francisco Sanabria joins Rosewood Villa Magna as our Executive Chef, after a career of almost 10 years with the Rosewood family. Starting at Rosewood Abu Dhabi in 2014, Francisco went on to develop his culinary career in the Caribbean, at Rosewood Baha Mar and Rosewood Little Dix Bay.
After studying at the Centro Superior de Hostelería de Galicia hospitality school, Francisco Sanabria began his gastronomic adventure, learning his skills and refining his style in world-class restaurants including Moments, the **Michelin fine dining restaurant of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Barcelona, as well as at the renowned Sant Pau ***Michelin Restaurant in Sant Pol de Mar, as well as at its **Michelin Japanese outpost, Sant Pau Tokyo.
