Jesús Sánchez is an alchemist in the kitchen, a chef with extraordinary culinary curiosity and knowledge. Yet the skills of Jesús Sánchez go beyond gastronomic ingenuity and extend to genuine leadership expertise.

As an acclaimed chef he has researched and refined his team management skills and leadership, and regularly shares these insights on varied platforms, and as an adviser and public speaker.

“This is really how cooking features in my life: as a real passion. Despite not having any family background in gastronomy, I started to show an attraction and curiosity for this world at a very early age, which has now become my life. Cooking is exactly this for me… a way of life. And the restaurant is the expression of this.”
