Las Brasas de la Castellana Restaurant is truly evocative of Madrid, with a clear Sense of Place, offering authentic, traditional Spanish cuisine served within one of the most elegant, and attractive restaurants in the city.

The spectacular open kitchen is one of the visual protagonists of this vibrant destination grill restaurant that has expansive windows and a terrace that overlooks elegant gardens.

HOURS

*We inform you that the restaurant Las Brasas de Castellana will be closed from February 24. Service will resume on February 28 for dinner.

During this period, we invite you to visit our gastronomic space Flor y Nata and the restaurant Amós by Jesús Sánchez.

Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: 7–11:00 a.m.

Lunch: 1:30–4 p.m. (last order 3:30 p.m.)

Dinner: 7:30–midnight (last order 11:30 p.m.)

Make Sundays extra special with Brunch at Las Brasas de Castellana. A day to enjoy with the family, including a live jazz band. This memorable feast has dishes for everyone, from generously selected stations: healthy, Italian, Asian by Tse Yang, seafood and oysters, cheeses, foie gras and pates, Iberian ham, and roasts; as well as a selection of tempting main courses.

For the most exquisite finish, be delighted by the finest Flor y Nata dessert selection and ice creams in Madrid, prepared by our talented pastry chef Emanuel Alvés.

LA CAVA

The striking interior design includes La Cava, a private dining space with a capacity of up to 10 people, surrounded by the restaurant’s wine collection, displayed in glass.
