Daily rates in US dollars are subject to a 10% accommodation tax and a 10% service charge. An 18% gratuity is added to all food and beverage checks. Rates apply to single or double occupancy. Rates, tax and fees are subject to change without notice.
ATTIRE
During the daytime, a cover-up and footwear are appropriate in the dining room and public areas. After sunset, in the Pavilion gentlemen may wear dress shorts, a collared shirt and open shoes. Shorts, t-shirts, jeans, tennis shoes and beach sandals are not permitted. Ladies may wear suitable evening attire. During the winter season, from Christmas until Easter, gentlemen are requested to wear long slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes. At the Sugar Mill, throughout the year, gentlemen are required to wear long slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes. Jackets and ties are not necessary. Ladies may wear suitable evening attire.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS
For new reservations January 2, 2025 through December 17, 2025
A three-night deposit which includes the room rate, tax and service charge is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. Reservations of 8 nights or more requires a 50% deposit, including tax and service charge.
The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received by 6:00 p.m. local time 30 days in advance of arrival. Special minimum stay requirements, deposit and cancellation policies may apply.

For new reservations from December 18, 2025- January 2, 2026
Christmas only: 5-night minimum stay for arrivals between December 18-21, 2025
9-night minimum length of stay requirement for stays for arrivals on December 26th and 27th
*No departures on December 30, 31, 2025 and January 1 and 2, 2026
Villa Katsura inquires are considered on a case by case basis and subject to additional policies based on arrival and departure.
New Year’s Eve only : Kindly note that so far, our current inventory constraints prevent us from accepting arrivals on or between December 28th -31st, as we do not have departures on these specific days at the moment. Your request will be placed on the waiting list.

Cancellation must be done by July 31st, 2025 in order to receive refund of initial deposit. The remaining balance is due on July 31, 2025. Full stay becomes non-refundable on July 31st, 2025.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
In the event of an early departure, all originally confirmed room nights will be charged.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Guests may check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out time is 12 noon. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
