Combining sun, sea and pleasure, Saadiyat Island is home to two of Abu Dhabi’s most illustrious leisure clubs. Guests can relax and unwind, before enjoying a round on the green, all against the glistening backdrop of the Arabian Gulf.
A celebration of fine living, leisure and health set on the island of Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi, the Saadiyat Beach Club makes use of the locale’s nine-kilometer stretch of natural coastline to stunning effect, and marks the rise of Saadiyat Beach as the ultimate pleasure location.
Aiming to provide a temple of relaxation in a city replete with pleasures, the venue is home to Le Deck – the club’s highly acclaimed signature restaurant, Sea Lounge – an award-winning al fresco nightspot, Bubbles Bar, the Library Lounge, as well as gym, spa treatments rooms, Jacuzzi, plunge pools and steam rooms. Whether guests are looking for an afternoon soak, an invigorating workout or simply a fine dining experience, this beach club is one of the hottest spots on the Arabian Gulf.
Harnessing the natural beauty of Saadiyat Island’s white sand beaches for a truly unique playing experience, this is the region’s first ocean course. Seaside views not only provide a stunning backdrop to the meandering, eco-conscious course, but also provide the chance of spotting dolphins along the glistening Arabian Gulf. Natural beauties aside, the course itself is an expertly crafted combination of majestic hazards and picturesque challenges, including three saltwater lakes, restored beach and sand dunes, as well as 60 bunkers. Designed by Gary Player with both amateurs and professionals in mind, carefully-positioned tee boxes ensure the total yardage starts at 5,290, although the course can also be extended to an astounding, 7,784 yards for pros.
