Highlights include Raw Red Sea Bream, Shrimp Provenciale and Samak Rass Asfour, Moghrabiyet El Bahr, Siyyadiyeh as well as delectable vegetarian options such as a Whole Roasted Cauliflower in Tahini. The beef bar corner features a selection of grilled meats, made to order including Aged Cote De Boeuf, Ribeye, Striploin, Wagyu Tenderloin, and accompanying sauces Béarnaise, Zaatar chimichurri or Peppercorn sauce.

The Artistic Element

Experience an elevated visual dining experience with the décor created by celebrity architect and interior designer Ramy Boutros, shedding light on the restaurant's vision of a sophisticated yet relaxed and inviting ambiance. The sea-inspired interior is meticulously selected and includes Portuguese Azulejo hand-painted wall tiles, reminiscent of historic Levantine sea journeys, as well as an 8-meter-long chandelier made of 300 brass pots and baskets by Eva Szumilas.

The Em Sherif brand was created in 2011 by founder and acclaimed restaurateur Mireille Hayek on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Through her restaurants, Hayek aims to reinvent traditional Arab recipes and expand them into a revamped modern menu of offerings.
