BAMO, the San Francisco firm with an international reputation for refinement and style, designed the interiors for Rosewood Sand Hill. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding landscape, the interiors are classic Northern California. BAMO mixes European elegance and tradition with casual, indoor/outdoor verve to create a comfortable and stylish retreat. The radiant warmth of California light is referenced in the color palette. Soothing neutral hues are complemented by rich wood tones of walnut, cherry, and cedar, which are integrated thoughtfully into architectural details as well as selected furniture pieces.
Art pieces adorning the walls throughout the hotel will feature the works of Northern California artists. The diverse and captivating art collection at Rosewood Sand Hill invites viewers to experience a strong connection with individual pieces that include contemporary paintings, works on paper, fine art prints and photography with several large-scale, specially-commissioned pieces showcasing the region. The artwork in guest rooms focuses on limited edition prints produced by Fine Art Publishers in the Bay Area.
