Pets are not permitted within the resort premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and dining facilities, except for service animals.
Guests with service animals may be asked to provide appropriate documentation or credible verbal assurance that the animal is a service animal as defined by applicable laws. Guests are responsible for the care and supervision of their service animals.
Guests found to have unauthorized pets in their rooms will be subject to a cleaning fee to cover the cost of deep cleaning and allergen removal. Additionally, guests may be asked to remove the pet from the premises.

For the following dates - reservations must be 50 percent non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking and cancelled by 6 p.m. hotel time 60 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 100% of full stay plus tax. If the stay period falls over 31 December, a penalty charge will be applied to the NYE Gala dinner. A penalty charge is also applied for the late cancellations, early check out and no shows.
