Sora Bar, Phnom Penh’s iconic rooftop destination, is excited to introduce its groundbreaking new menu, Alchemy of Anime, which will officially launch on January 21, 2025. This innovative menu invites guests to embark on a unique culinary and cocktail journey inspired by the enchanting universe of Japanese manga.
Under the creative vision of KT Lam, Bar Manager at Sora Bar, and in collaboration with the bar’s talented team, Alchemy of Anime was meticulously crafted to reflect the spirit of manga characters while infusing the rich essence of Japanese heritage with the dynamic future of Cambodia. The result is a menu that not only delights the palate but tells fascinating stories, blending bold flavors with imaginative artistry.
With years of expertise and a passion for pushing the boundaries of mixology, KT Lam envisioned Alchemy of Anime as a celebration of culture, creativity, and innovation. Each cocktail pays tribute to iconic manga characters, drawing inspiration from their traits, adventures, and symbolism. Sora Bar is situated on the 37th floor of Rosewood Phnom Penh and offers breathtaking views of the city skyline, continuously redefining luxury nightlife in Cambodia. The bar is open daily from 5 p.m. to midnight, with last orders taken at 11:45 p.m.
