Each month, Executive Pastry Chef Sonara Sieng crafts an exclusive cake using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from across Cambodia. Every creation celebrates the country's culinary heritage, from the delicate sweetness of Kampot durian to the vibrant tang of Battambang mangoes. Available only at Butterfly Patisserie, Rosewood Phnom Penh, these cakes are the perfect treat to savor or gift.

This month, Chef Nara unveils the Honey Fig Cake, a delightful creation with hazelnut sponge, fig cream, fig gel, and a light honey Chantilly cream.
