Brasserie Louis
Located on level 35, the brasserie serves a range of offerings, from elaborate Continental breakfast to lunch and dinner menus of French comfort foods and regional Cambodian favorites. The menus derive from a daily market list and focus on the best available ingredients from local suppliers.
Living Room
A comfortable and elegant environment for breakfast and a great place for a light snack; a spot where one can get a morning bakery, yogurt and a coffee in the morning or patisserie in the afternoon and evening.
Iza
Located on level 37, the izakaya-style dining space presents a fast-paced and casual eatery for lunch and dinner. The main features are the noodle corner, sushi station, and the robata-yaki grill – an open kitchen with counter seating surrounding it on three sides. The menu includes yakitori, tempura, ramen and udon, complemented by 42 varieties of sake and shochu and numerous beers on tap.
Cuts
Located on level 38, the high-energy steak and seafood restaurant is the highest restaurant in the hotel with panoramic views for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is divided into four sections featuring different elements: the Wine Vault tasting area, Casual Dining, the Grill Room and the Dining Suites. Supported by an open-show kitchen, the Dining Suites feature private dining rooms that can be used for lunch or dinner (8-16 guests) with prior reservation.
Sora
Located on level 37 on a cantilevered terrace, Sora, meaning sky in Japanese and spirits in Khmer, is a high-energy bar and lounge with both indoor and outdoor seats. The indoor bar and whisky library are located at the heart of Sora; a seat at the bar will stage stunning views while semi-private seating groups will accommodate small-group gatherings. The bar offers a wide variety of wines, spirits and beers, with a focus on handcrafted cocktails, while snacks are served from the Japanese kitchen. Sora opens from 5 p.m. until late on a daily basis.
Zhan Liang
The restaurant presents an authentic Chinese dining experience in a stylish décor. The menu features contemporary adaptations of authentic dishes, turning a spotlight on Cantonese, Sichuanese and Northern Chinese cuisines. Unique to Zhan Liang is a stunning Tea Library, which is home to a curated exquisite selection of 60 premium teas sourced across the world. The restaurant’s enchanting and meticulously appointed private dining rooms present warm, intimate spaces to connect, celebrate and entertain—complete with state-of-the-art karaoke systems.
MEETING AND EVENTS:
All meeting and event facilities reflect the history, culture, architecture and sensibilities of the location. The hotel showcases 992 square meters (10,677 square feet), including three salons to accommodate up to 300 guests, and a multipurpose residential-style venue – The Pavilion, which consists of The Dining House and Conservatory.
SENSE, A ROSEWOOD SPA:
Sense, A Rosewood Spa is a total sanctuary of simplicity, purity and well-being and follows nature’s healthy living philosophy. Located on level 33, the spa will feature seven treatment rooms and a nail studio.
Signature treatments revive Cambodian “Lost Remedies” – the Khmer people’s ancient practices for health and beauty -- incorporating carefully selected natural ingredients and techniques.
