It also offers physical benefits, strengthening the core and improving posture, while promoting mental relaxation through the rhythmic motion of the horse.
The recommended dress code for this activity includes professional riding boots and riding pants. Alternatively, casual trousers and sneakers are also suitable. This is a family-friendly activity, welcoming children from the age of 3. However, horseback riding is not recommended for pregnant individuals
