This equestrian discipline encompasses various styles, including dressage, show jumping, trail riding, and Western riding, each with its unique techniques and objectives. Additionally, it provides physical benefits by strengthening the core and improving posture while promoting mental relaxation through the rhythmic motion of the horse.
The recommended dress code for this activity includes professional riding boots and riding pants. Alternatively, casual trousers and sneakers are also acceptable. This is a family-friendly activity, welcoming children from the age of three. However, horseback riding is not advised for pregnant individuals.
