Each delicacy in the set reflects Pomme’s creative journey, with her personal favorite, Kanom Chan, taking center stage—a traditional layered Thai dessert reimagined through her artistic lens. This enchanting treat, along with other artisanal delights, embodies the cultural richness that captivated Pomme during her time in Luang Prabang.
