Rosewood London marks their milestone 10-year anniversary with a unique campaign celebrating a decade of innovation, craftsmanship and exquisite experiences. The campaign, titled ‘Rosewood London X’, playing on the roman numeral for 10, will commemorate the property’s affinity to fashion, art and food in a series of unique and innovative partnerships.
In a celebration of Rosewood London’s dining expertise and innovation, the onsite chef team will soon welcome a culinary masterpiece from across the globe. Rosewood Hong Kong's one MICHELIN-star restaurant, CHAAT, is set to take over the iconic Holborn Dining Room for an exclusive three-night pop-up from Tuesday 10th October to Thursday 12th October.
Guests are invited to indulge their senses in the delectable flavours of India as Chef Gaurav from CHAAT bring the vibrant street food and homemade classics of India to Rosewood London’s British brasserie. CHAAT, meaning “to lick” in Hindi, will deliver authentic flavours reimagined and elevated for a modern setting for a dining experience unlike any other.
Their award-winning menu will feature famed items from their Hong Kong menu, such as the tantalising Tandoori Wagyu Beef Cheek with Hung yoghurt, Kashmiri chilli and cinnamon, an aromatic Malabar Fish Curry, a rich and creamy Old Delhi Butter Chicken, and fragrant Hyderabadi Vegetable Biryani, among others. From the enticing Sweet Potato Chaat to the luscious Black Sesame Kulfi, each dish promises an exquisite journey through India's diverse and rich food landscape.
The three-night event at Holborn Dining Room will offer guests the chance to savour the finest Indian flavours expertly crafted by CHAAT's MICHELIN-starred chefs and be a part of Rosewood London's 10 Year Anniversary celebrations.
