Silence, peace and respect are part of our Sense®, A Rosewood Spa philosophy. To ensure a tranquil environment, please consider the space and privacy of other guests and silence any electronic devices before entering the facility. Please be advised that it is good practice to shower before any treatment.
Bathrobes, slippers and disposables are available at Sense Spa for your treatment sessions.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time to change and fill out our consultation form. After your treatment, you can enjoy our facilities (lounge, sauna and steam rooms) for up to one hour. A late arrival will reduce the length of the scheduled appointment. Animalsare not permited inside the Sense Spa and Fitness Suite, except for guide/assistance dogs.
Please note, treatment prices may vary during peak periods, with a supplementary charge applied on weekends and selected high-demand dates. Additional supplements may apply on public holidays.
