Bottled Cocktails From Scarfes Bar
The team at the award-winning Scarfes Bar have created a range of three bottled cocktails, enabling fans to recreate a slice of the Scarfes Bar magic at home.
The trio of cocktails are inspired by three characters in recent cultural history, coming together to form the ultimate cocktail party guestlist. The Pine Negroni, personified by a cartoon self-portrait of Gerald Scarfe himself, is a heady mix of Copperhead Gin, Campari and 1757 Vermouth di Torino, with the clever additions of Sauterne and Pine for a Scarfes Bar spin on the classic recipe. This is joined by the perfumed Peach Flower Martini, depicted by National Treasure, David Attenborough, with 1757 Vermouth di Torino, Amàrico, peach and a Roku Gin base.
The third cocktail features an illustration of rapper Tupac and takes the liquid form of a decadent Smoked Maple Manhattan. Built on Maker’s Mark Bourbon and 1757 Vermouth di Torino, this rich drink also features black cardamom and maple, adding a sweet and spicy depth of flavour. Each cocktail has been artfully crafted with the passion and devotion to detail for which Scarfes Bar has become world-renowned.
Each 300ml serve is available to purchase now for £32 each or £90 for the full trio. For more information: www.rosewoodlondon.slerp.com/order/
