This summer, Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, celebrates the season with its newly expanded gastronomic offering. From lively and modern city dining and an indulgent patisserie with seasonal specialities to one of Paris’ most iconic bars, Hôtel de Crillon is one of the city’s most exciting culinary destinations.
2023 has seen the grand dame introduce three new dining experiences to its already extensive offering, providing an immersive culinary journey with timeless and unique experiences to suit any taste.

NONOS by Paul Pairet
Deriving from the simple tradition of ‘the grill’, Nonos is contemporary yet timeless. Created by globally renowned Michelin starred chef Paul Pairet, the menu serves both gourmet delights and daily essentials, highlighting that simple foods are best and turning the ordinary into the extraordinary,, creating both retro and classic dishes and bringing the French-style grill back to the Palaces.
Intended to be enjoyed as an informal get-together, Nonos offers choices between reimagined classics or simple dishes with a twist, including the rotisserie of the day carved on the spot, grilled lobster, roast chicken or rib of beef, all accompanied by a selection of cheeses and decadent desserts.

COMESTIBLES by Paul Pairet
To prolong the Nonos experience, Comestibles serves as an informal and relaxed accompaniment. Made out to be a chic delicatessen, the venue entails a stylish snack bar; somewhere where locals and guests staying at Hôtel de Crillon can grab a bite on the go from morning to midnight.
Servings will include the city’s finest seafood, charcuterie, smoked fish, cheeses, cakes and pastries.
BUTTERFLY Pâtisserie
Having made its European debut this year, Hôtel de Crillon's Butterfly Pâtisserie, led by Pastry Chef Matthieu Carlin, is a showcase of signature chocolates, pristine pastries, artful cakes and seasonal specialties, revisiting French pâtisserie classics while offering a unique take.
These decadent treats can be enjoyed in their own dedicated space, an intimate tearoom dubbed the Butterfly Room, curated by interior designer Tristan Auer, a long term collaborator of the hotel, or on the go.
From éclairs, millefeuilles, flans, tartes tatin, black forest gateaux and cheesecakes to langues de chat, cookies, chouquettes, and madeleines, Carlin has created desserts worthy of the jewellery case inspired displays they rest in; a gastronomic gallery designed with lightness, freshness and finesse.

JARDIN D’HIVER
A haven from the hustle and bustle of Paris, Jardin d'Hiver at Hôtel de Crillon offers an all-day dining service, giving travellers and Parisians alike the opportunity to enjoy seasonal fare under its captivating artistic ceiling or on the terrace in the Cour d'Honneur.
This summer welcomes a new, meat-free seasonal menu featuring fish, seafood, vegetables and pulses in dishes designed to be shared or savoured intimately.
The mouth-watering desserts are prepared by Pastry Chef Matthieu Carlin, while Jardin d'Hiver’s afternoon tea, Goûter des Lords, adds the finishing touch to the culinary experience with its refined selection of delicious canapés
