Any change or cancellation of a reservation must be notified to the hotel before 3pm, one day before the date of arrival.
After this time, a charge of one night will be applied. These cancellation conditions may vary for certain dates of stay, room types or suites and for group bookings.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 12pm.
An extra bed is available (for certain categories only) at a rate of EUR 200 per night for guests aged 14 and over.
Hôtel de Crillon welcomes pets (maximum 10 kg) in the rooms, at a rate of EUR 50 per stay. They are also accepted in the hotel, except for L'Écrin restaurant and Sense, A Rosewood Spa.
Hôtel de Crillon is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is not permitted in the hotel's rooms and public areas.
The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional night at the agreed rate if this policy is not respected.
