To make the most of the spa experience, guests are requested to follow spa etiquette and review the spa’s policy before their visit. Please turn off mobile and other electronic devices.
ARRIVAL
We kindly request that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment in order to experience your full treatment time. Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled time while the fee will remain unchanged.
SPA RESERVATION
We recommend booking your treatment at least 2 days in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service are available. Reservations for non-resident guests require a credit card to guarantee the appointment.
IN-SUITE/IN-VILLA TREATMENTS
Treatments are also available in the privacy and tranquillity of your Suite/Villa with a €100 supplement per booking.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel, reschedule or change your treatment, please let us know at least 8 hours before your scheduled time. Without 8 hours proper notification or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
SAUNA AND STEAM BATH
Enrich your Spa escape with one hour of exclusive and private use of sauna and steam bath, for everyone aged 16 years and over. We kindly ask guests to book in advance these facilities by dialing 2498.
TREATMENTS FOR TWO
Upon request, facials, massages and treatments can be provided in our treatment room for two.
TREATMENT ROOM SAFETY MEASURES
During your treatments, specific sanification and safety measures will be applied. We would ask all guests to keep their masks on during treatments. Where this is not possible, Spa staff will wear appropriate personal protective gear.
