In the delicate and refined contemporary décor of L'Écrin, Tuscany's most coveted 'mushroom' will elevate Italian-accented dishes with a French twist.
In a move away from standard menus, the Head Sommelier, Xavier Thuizat, will help diners choose the wines and number of courses before working together with the Chefs to create a perfect match.
