An executive club that offers the intimacy of a living room, the Manor Club is a place for visitors to receive their guests in a relaxed, residential setting. The space includes a pool table and informal bar counter, a catering gallery, a lounge area and a dining area, as well as discreet business corner and meeting rooms. With a view to providing a living room experience rather than a hotel environment, the décor is a soothing mix of lounge seating, natural fabrics, library displays and interesting art, complemented by plentiful daylight, a quiet atmosphere and ample greenery. In total, it can seat up to 120 people.
Two meeting rooms are available, each seating up to 10 persons. Here, afternoon tea, a buffet or light lunch can be arranged, while refreshments and drinks are provided all day long. To facilitate guests’ work, a number of amenities are right at hand, including tablets for Internet browsing, and local calls are complimentary.
The third-floor Business Lounge allows guests to keep up-to-date and connected in a comfortable setting, providing an array of office equipment and services 24 hours a day. The Business Lounge includes a full color printer/scanner/fax and photocopier, as well as Apple and PC computers with Windows and Mac software - complete with multi-language keyboards. Other amenities include iPads for guest use and basic office supplies. Services from binding and lamination to administrative, translation and typing are provided, while equipment such as LCD projectors and speaker phones are also available for rental. Here, guests will also find current newspapers, local publications and magazines for their daily perusal.
For guests to commute and tour in style, exclusive limousine service is provided. It is available for airport pick up and drop off services, city sightseeing and Great Wall tours, and ad hoc car and driver rental. All cars come with ample amenities, including seat warmers, beverage tables, as well as bottled water, moisturizer, snacks, magazines and music selection. Sleek and stately, such service allows visitors to enjoy their Beijing in style.
For Manor Club guests, luggage can be stored at the check-in lobby until the next return — at which time the luggage will be placed directly into the rooms.
