The weekend feast presents a “Taste of Rosewood Bangkok” on 2 April 2023

Rosewood Bangkok celebrates four years of bringing the brand’s hallmark A Sense of Place® philosophy to the Thai capital with an Anniversary Sunday Brunch on 2 April 2023. Presented with the concept of “Taste of Rosewood Bangkok”, the feast will feature a semi-buffet setup with stations and an all-you-can-eat a la carte menu highlighting signature dishes from the ultra luxury hotel’s four restaurants and bar.
Guests who attend the Sunday brunch at Lakorn European Brasserie have the option to gather indoors amidst an imaginative décor accented by traditional ornaments worn by Thai dancers, or enjoy the outdoor terrace shaded by lush greenery. Live carving stations plate up premium cuts of meat and seafood including Whole Roasted Leg of Lamb served with roasted vegetables and Home Cured Salmon carved a la minute.
Nan Bei’s dumpling station offers a choice of exquisite morsels representing regional specialties from the South and North of China, including “SIU-MAI” Scallop, Prawns, Shitake Mushrooms.
The hotel’s upscale G&O café lends its emphasis on organic and locally sourced natural ingredients to the brunch experience with Green Spaghetti made with fresh green peas, rucola, and mint, as well as a Green and Organic Counter.
Known for its impressive vinyl collection and spectacular city skyline views, Lennon’s speakeasy bar offers guests a peek of its renowned beverage offerings with a glass of welcome drink on arrival, as well as a taste of its stylish nibbles, including Rose Shrimp Tartar on Brioche and freshly shucked Oyster.
In addition to signature outlet dishes, guests also enjoy unlimited orders from the a la carte menu, which include main dishes such as Seared Scottish Salmon Fillet; Palomino Rabbit Stew; Duroc Pork Schnitzel with white asparagus; and Wagyu Beef Burger with truffle aioli and parmesan fries.
Brunch classics such as pancakes served with wild honey, whipped ricotta cheese and berries; Belgian waffles topped with Nutella, hazelnuts, and crème Chantilly; and an Egg Benedict with eggs poached to perfection and drizzled with Hollandaise sauce, are also on offer.
The a la carte offerings are complemented with buffet offerings including fresh seafood, assorted charcuterie and cheese, a pastry corner, and an extensive selection of dessert personally created by Executive Chef Dustin, which can include Strawberry Basil Cheesecake; Pistachio Éclair with orange marmalade; and Mango Coconut Macarons.
Located on Ploenchit Road in heart of the city’s prime central business and retail district, Rosewood Bangkok offers travelers a choice of 158 guestrooms, suites, and three “Houses” each with large outdoor terrace and plunge pool. Prices start from THB 2,900++ including a welcome drink from Lennon’s and free flow non-alcoholic beverages, THB 3,900++ including additional free flow sparkling wine, house wine, cocktails, and beer, and THB 4,900++ with additional free-flow Champagne.
