Born and raised in Beijing, Executive Chinese Chef Matthew Geng has more than 27 years’ experience in five-star establishments across China.

Chef Matthew’s inspiration comes from his respect for raw ingredients and he is dedicated to delivering authentic Chinese cuisine.

Chef Matthew is supported by his talented chefs, masters in their own individual Chinese culinary fields, who have been working by his side for the past six years.
