3-course weekday meal features authentic Chinese cuisine

Rosewood Bangkok offers business executives and shoppers in the city’s prime central business and retail district a stress-free Power Lunch at Nan Bei every Monday to Friday. Ideal for a casual meeting or a mid-day break enjoyed over authentic regional Chinese specialties, the three-course lunch experience at the Michelin Plate-awarded restaurant comprises a choice of dim sum, main course, and dessert.
The lunch starts with a choice of two dim sum dishes, including: Kurobuta Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce; Chicken’s Feet in X.O. Sauce; Peking Duck Spring Rolls; Tiger Prawn, Kurobuta Pork “Siu Mai”; and Turnip Cake. The choice of handmade delicacies also includes a selection of shrimp dim sum including: Shrimp Dumplings “Har Gow”; Shrimp Spinach Dumplings; Shrimp, Glass Noodle, Garlic Sauce; Bean Curb Shrimp Rolls; and Rice Noodle Crispy Rolls, Shrimp, Caviar.
The main course showcases Beijing-born Executive Chinese Chef Matthew’s mastery of Chinese cuisine, with choices including: Gong Bao Chicken with Sichuan Pepper; Mapo Tofu with Kurobuta Pork and Sichuan Pepper; Snow Fish with Black Truffle and Chinese Greens; and Kurobuta Pork Spare Ribs with Organic Honey and Chinese Vinegar. Guests are also offered a vegetarian option with Hand Pulled Noodles with Shanxi Hot Oil.
The Nan Bei Power Lunch wraps up with a choice of guest-favorite desserts, including Chilled Mango Sago with Pomelo; Jasmine Tea Crème Brûlée; and a refreshing Li-Tang Pear Soup with Snow Fungus and Dates.
Located on the 19th floor of Rosewood Bangkok, Nan Bei serves an authentic Chinese dining experience amidst an art deco interior inspired by a traditional Chinese folklore of two star-crossed lovers.
Power Lunch is available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Monday to Friday except public holidays from now until May 31, 2023. The 3-course experience is priced at THB 880++ per person, and promotional discounts are not applicable.
