Experience an extraordinary culinary collaboration this November. On the 28th and 29th, 2024, two master chefs, Matthew Geng of Nan Bei and Teng Kam Seng of Rosewood Phnom Penh Zhan Liang, come together to present a unique nine-course menu.
Chef Geng will showcase his expertise in authentic Northern and Southern Chinese dishes, while Chef Teng will elevate the flavors of Cantonese, Sichuanese, and Northern Chinese cuisines.
Among the standout items are the Steamed King Crab Claw by Chef Teng and the Slow Cooked Ox Tail by Chef Geng. This exclusive event offers a rare opportunity to savor the rich, diverse tastes of China through the lens of two exceptional culinary talents.
