Nassau, The Bahamas, May 2024 - This summer, Rosewood Baha Mar launches Boulud Beach at Tingum, a pop-up culinary experience from July 1 until July 31 at Tingum on The Sand, the resort’s tropical hideaway restaurant offering authentic toes-in-the-sand dining. Curated by Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Antoine Baillargeon of Café Boulud The Bahamas, the menu will celebrate the freshest ingredients and vibrant flavours of the region throughout the month of July.
Located along 3,000 feet of pristine white-sand coastline along Cable Beach, the beachfront pop-up will offer a sensory adventure set within an effortless alfresco dining spot, with delightfully calming views of the Caribbean. Boulud Beach at Tingum brings the tastes of Chef Daniel Boulud’s French cuisine right to Cable Beach, with a culinary journey transporting guests to the flavours of the South of France.
The menu will feature light fare with a coastal focus, starters include Salade Niçoise and fresh Grilled Shrimp, followed by local favourite main courses such as Lobster Rolls or Chef Daniel Boulud’s signature Wagyu Burger, perfectly paired with traditional cocktails or a crisp rosé.
As the sun sets, guests are invited to join Sunset Social Hour, every Thursday-Sunday from 5 pm, for a special bites menu paired perfectly with wine and cocktail offerings, providing the ultimate unwind after a day at the beach.
Boulud Beach at Tingum joins Rosewood Baha Mar’s other popular dining offerings, including Café Boulud serving French classics inspired by Boulud’s four culinary muses, La Tradition, La Mer, Le Voyage and La Saison. Costa showcases coastal cuisine with a Latin American twist, whilst glamorous Manor Bar serves classic handcrafted cocktails and The Library offers Champagne, wine, afternoon tea and sweet and savoury delights.
