CAFÉ BOULUD THE BAHAMAS – French Cuisine
Café Boulud The Bahamas will offer the glamour of traditional French cuisine combined with the warm hospitality of a neighborhood café in a sophisticated Bahamian setting. Led by the globally renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, the menu will be inspired by Boulud's four culinary muses - La Tradition, La Saison, La Mer and Le Voyage - to create a unique menu that will highlight the seasonality of local Caribbean ingredients.
Featuring some of the classical French dishes synonymous with Chef Daniel, Café Boulud will also showcase local vegetables and seafood, along with signature dishes like Tournedos Rossini.
COSTA - Traditional Mexican Coastal Cuisine
At Costa, coastal cuisines are infused with intriguing Mexican flavors for a twist on traditional seafood dishes. Set upon a tranquil koi pond, four relaxed cabanas offer sheltered al fresco dining, while a spacious glass-walled dining room looks out across the pond into the surrounding lush gardens. The cabanas may be reserved for an intimate dining experience to be shared privately with loved ones. Savoury dishes offer a mouth-watering depth of flavour, overlain with fresh herbs and zesty citrus notes. Lunch and dinner are served a la carte with a range of antojitos — “little cravings” — tacos, ceviches and salads to share. A menu of well-chosen mezcals, tequilas and craft cocktails round out this exceptional dining experience.
MANOR BAR – Stylish 20th Century Bar
Evoking the polished glamour of 20th Century salons, Manor Bar offers a refined space to meet friends old and new to drink and dine – whether for lunch, an evening aperitif, digestif, or post-prandial cigar. Offering a sophisticated menu of signature handcrafted cocktails, wines and high-end spirits from the well-stocked bar, guests can also enjoy a range of elevated light bites, snacks and sharing boards from the comfort of Manor Bar’s stylish lounge bar.
