Created by Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Antoine Baillargeon of Cafe Boulud The Bahamas, this special menu celebrates the freshest ingredients and vibrant flavors of the region.
Start your culinary journey with fresh coastal fare classics including Salade Niçoise, featuring tuna, frisée lettuce, potatoes, green beans, anchovies, and olives. Then, savor a taste of the sea with a Lobster Roll, served on a housemade brioche with lettuce and crispy vegetables. For something heartier, try the Grilled Snapper or indulge in Chef Daniel Boulud's signature Wagyu Burger, featuring a brioche bun, cheddar cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce, and pomme frites. Boulud Beach at Tingum on the Sand opens on July 1st and will be available until July 31st.
