Room rates are including 9% VAT and excluding 12.5% city tax.
Deposits & Cancellations
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 12pm 1 day prior to your arrival date. Any amendments, cancellations, or no-shows after the cancellation deadline will result in a charge for the entire stay. Please note that group bookings, offers, certain dates of stay and room categories are subject to different terms and conditions.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12 noon on the day of departure. For arrivals prior to check-in time, pre-booking of the prior night may be requested in order to guarantee the room is available upon arrival.
Transfers
Rosewood Amsterdam offers a private transfer which can be requested with our concierge. An extra fee applies.
Additional Person Policy
In certain room types, an extra bed can be provided. For children 12 years and under, a charge of EUR 150 per night plus 12.5% city tax applies. For 13 years and older, a charge of EUR 250 plus 12.5% city tax applies. Extra beds are subject to availability upon request and a maximum occupancy is based on the chosen room category. Children 6 years and under may stay in their parent’s room at no additional cost, with baby cots available upon request.
Pet Policy
Rosewood Amsterdam welcomes dogs and has a dedicated dog program providing a range of cozy dog beds, bowls and toys. The following guidelines have been put in place to keep pets and guests happy:
- Pets are welcome in the restaurant.
- Pets always have to be kept on a leash.
- Pets are not allowed in the bar, spa and fitness facilities.
- Please make every effort to keep your pets from barking indoors.
- An extra fee applies.
Smoking Policy
Rosewood Amsterdam has implemented a smoke-free policy as a commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for guests and associates alike. Our smoke-free policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes (including electronic and e-cigarettes), and vape pens or e-cigars.
