Deposits & Cancellations
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to noon 1 day prior to your arrival date. Any amendments, cancellations, or no-shows after the cancellation deadline will result in a charge for the entire stay. Please note that group bookings, offers, certain dates of stay, and room categories are subject to different terms and conditions.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out is at noon on the day of departure. For arrivals prior to check-in time, pre-booking of the prior night may be requested in order to guarantee the room is available upon arrival.
Transfers
Rosewood Amsterdam offers a private transfer, which can be requested with our concierge. An extra fee applies.
Additional Person Policy
In certain room types, an extra bed can be provided. For children 12 years and under, a charge of EUR 150 per night plus 12.5% city tax applies. For 13 years and older, a charge of EUR 250 plus 12.5% city tax applies. Extra beds are subject to availability upon request, and a maximum occupancy is based on the chosen room category. Children 6 years and under may stay in their parents’ room at no additional cost, with baby cots available upon request.
