Deposit & Cancellations
A one-night deposit is required to confirm a reservation, and a valid credit card must be held on file to maintain a secured reservation. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 12pm 7 days prior to your arrival date. Any amendments, cancellations, or no-shows after the cancellation deadline will result in a charge for the entire stay. Please note that group bookings, offers, certain dates of stay and room categories are subject to different terms and conditions.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12 noon on the day of departure. For arrivals prior to check-in time, pre-booking of the prior night may be requested in order to guarantee the room is available upon arrival.

Rosewood Amsterdam offers a private transfer which can be requested with our concierge. An extra fee applies.
Additional Person Policy
Rosewood Amsterdam is a child-friendly hotel with a range of services for children. Children 12 years and under are not charged for extra beds in their parents' rooms. A charge of EUR200 per night plus 12.5% city tax applies to children 13 years and older for an extra bed. Extra beds are subject to availability upon request and a maximum occupancy is based on the chosen room category.
