Deposits & Cancellations
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made by 3 p.m. local hotel time, two days prior to arrival, to avoid a penalty charge equivalent to the rate for the first night of the stay, plus tax. Any amendments, cancellations, or no-shows after the cancellation deadline will result in a charge for the entire stay.
