With the change of seasons upon us, Rosewood Miramar Beach has curated a dynamic list of experiences and activities this spring that will entice the whole family to the Forbes Triple Five-Star resort situated on an exclusive stretch of beach in Montecito.

The Michelin Green Star Caruso’s will honor Earth Month with an intimate dinner at Caruso's restaurant benefitting the James Beard Foundation. Part of the Friends of James Beard Benefit series, a communal patio table overlooking the ocean will feature a five-course menu highlighting seasonal ingredients and celebrating the restaurant’s esteemed network of local purveyors and guest chefs. Throughout the evening, said purveyors will offer insights into their process and sustainable sourcing, enriching the culinary experience.
