Today, Rosewood Miramar Beach located in Montecito, California, introduces Alchemy of Sleep, part of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ global collection of new and immersive retreats designed to promote rest through sleep-inducing treatments, movement-driven activities and special amenities. Dedicated to those setting intentions for profound change in the new year, the thoughtfully crafted program supports renewal of the body and overall longevity.
With a holistic approach to sleep, Rosewood’s Alchemy of Sleep address a variety of practices that require attention, such as nutrition, and mindfulness, presenting a mix of treatments and experiences and classes that ensure each guest finds skills that help encourage relaxation and give them the tools to incorporate new rituals into their everyday lives. Helping guests shift attention outward and find ways to be more present, the escapes feature bespoke ‘AWE’ moments that establish a self-transcendent sense of wonderment.

In keeping with Rosewood’s A Sense of Place® philosophy, wherein the identity of each property is inspired by its destination, Rosewood Miramar Beach’s Alchemy of Sleep experiences embrace the property’s unique natural surroundings. The unveiling of these offerings will also include the launch of “Bryte Sleep Suites” featuring “The Restorative Bed by Bryte” for the ultimate slumber. An innovation in sleep technology, the beds are personalized to each guest’s preferences, such as different temperatures for partners, soothing motion, and the ability to create an individualized sleep profile with mobile data collection. Open for booking based on availability, the sleep suites themselves will be featured on property throughout the duration of 2022.
