AMA SUSHI – A celebration of Japan’s Edomae uniquely located on the American Riviera
Inspired by the legacy of Japanese free divers, AMA Sushi derives its name from the valiant women who swam the ocean to collect fresh seafood for their villages. Tucked away within the property’s sprawling grounds, the restaurant showcases always-fresh ingredients complemented by an extensive selection of wine, sake and innovative cocktails. AMA Sushi can be experienced a la carte or as an omakase meal, allowing for an exchange of trust and spontaneity between guest and chef. Designed in partnership with innovative design firm AvroKO, the restaurant’s striking interiors bring the storied history of the Ama divers to life, seamlessly blending a minimalist Japanese aesthetic with the resort’s signature coastal style.

MIRAMAR BEACH BAR – Classic Cocktails, Craft Beers and Local Wines with Light Bites
The Beach House’s oceanfront oasis invites guests to enjoy an array of refreshing sips and bites in a lively and jovial ambiance. Inspired by a luxurious sailing vessel, the Miramar Beach Bar features highly varnished wood, copper and stainless-steel detailing. Open daily, the day-to-night beachfront destination presents a memorable venue for guests to socialize over music and plentiful activities including shuffleboard and fireside s’mores under glittering festoon lights on the outdoor deck.
SCOOP SHOP – Classic “American Soda Fountain” Lunch Fare
At the Manor Pool’s Scoop Shop, classic “American soda fountain” fare such as gourmet burgers and ice cream are served in a playful environment enhanced by strawberry ice cream pink printed wallpaper, colorful cushioned outdoor banquette seating and string lights that make it the perfect spot for an afternoon snack or a sweet treat. Poolside service is available to allow for uninterrupted rest and relaxation.
THE MANOR BAR – Craft cocktails in a sophisticated and comfortable lounge setting
