Rosewood Luang Prabang invites travelers to immerse themselves in an enchanting destination with cultural explorations, natural discoveries, and moments of pure relaxation for the ultimate luxury escape.
The three-night stay in the intimate resort nestled in a hilltop forest is an all-inclusive indulgence including roundtrip airport transfers, all meals, and spa treatments. The seamless experience begins at the airport, where travelers are welcomed and transferred by private car to the resort. On arrival, guests enjoy the freedom to unwind at their leisure before pre-dinner cocktails at Elephant Bridge Bar, followed by a Royal Laotian dinner at The Great House.
Following a restful night’s sleep and breakfast at the resort, guests embark on a visit to Kwang Si Waterfall, where they can explore the beautiful three-tiered cascade and enjoy a picnic lunch before returning to the resort. At Sense, A Rosewood Spa, Laotian therapies draw on the power of locally harvest botanicals to offer serene rejuvenation. A sunset walk through the old town invites guests to browse the handicrafts and traditional souvenirs at the night market, before ending with an authentic dinner at a French restaurant in a heritage wooden house.
The next morning, guests have the opportunity to experience the ancient tradition of almsgiving at dawn and visit a local market, where they can take in the sights, smells, and sounds of the local way of life. On return to the resort, guests can relax before enjoying a casual lunch at another of the city’s acclaimed restaurants selected by the resort concierge. Leisure time in the afternoon is spent by the pool next to the resort’s natural waterfall before freshening up with a poolside reflexology treatment for an atmospheric sunset cruise with canapés, watching the shoreline of the ancient royal capital of Luang Prabang drift past. Guests are then transported back to Rosewood Luang Prabang for dinner at The Great House.
On the final day, guests enjoy breakfast before a private transfer brings them back to the airport with unforgettable memories of this ultra-luxury escape.
The three-night experience includes a choice of Bill Bensley designed accommodations. Riverside Rooms and Riverside Suites are housed in the main building located alongside the resort’s river stream. Tucked away, the Riverside Villa offers added seclusion, while the Waterfall Pool Villa provides outdoor amenities including a private pool, al fresco wooden bathtub, and outdoor dining table overlooking the natural stream that flows through the resort.
