Culinary Awards Los Cabos announced the results of its first-annual awards, which recognize the chefs and restaurants who strengthen the culinary scene within Los Cabos. This year, the Executive Chef Anand Singh of Arbol won the "Revelation Chef" award for his inspired, one-of-a-kind dishes at the brand-new Asian restaurant located within the Five-Diamond Las Ventanas al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort. He and Arbol were nominated in three categories, including Hotel Restaurant of the Year and Best New Restaurant.

As executive chef of Arbol, Chef Anand has created an exceptional menu that showcases the freshest ingredients of Baja California Sur cooked with vibrant Asian flavors using a wok and a tandoor. Many of his dishes are inspired by his vast culinary experiences in India, the Maldives, UAE and Seychelles, the latter of which inspired his signature dish at Arbol, Octopus Curry.
