At Butterfly Pâtisserie, our Pastry Chef Matthieu Carlin is unveiling a Christmas collection featuring a yule log in three flavours (chocolate, vanilla and exotic fruits), a marble cake, a Christmas shortbread, a gingerbread, a blackcurrant chestnuts mont-blanc and a Christmas star.
